Maus Space

I've continually had a liking for the mystical, but it wasn't until I matured a little iota that I discovered John Maus!

I like many of Allen's films, but Stardust Memories is my very favorite.

Finally watched the Burning Moon. Another SOV classic...relatively speaking. I felt violated once again. That's the best sensation after watching a movie. Makes me want to revisit.
Here's a scene, part of the second story told to the little girl:

The autistic farmer is getting blamed for all the rapes and deaths in the town when it's in fact the preacher. I like the tender music.

I watched Melancholia and it was pretty god damned boring. I watched The Thing remake and it was kinda grotesque and perverted, but not in a special way.

Started watching A Dangerous Method. It seemed pretty good. It goes either way for David Cronenberg.
Been watching Turkish Superman a lot. He's so dynamic. :headscratch:

The Turkish Fortress of Solitude looks like a terrorist hideout. Encounters with his regal father and sublime special effects:

It's not a movie (although there's a cinematic follow up, Serenity) but I finished Firefly today. Loved it.

I was going to watch Firefly (because there's a girl I have a crush on who likes that show)...then I can impress her with my knowledge! |:o
I watched Carnage recently. There are some hysterical moments!

Do it! Full of lovable characters. Sad for it to end so soon.

Watched Young Adult last night...some of it was pretty funny. Patton Oswalt gets to have sex with Charlize Theron. That's funny enough.

Turkish Spiderman is a real dickhead. This is called 3 Dev Adam. Apparently Spiderman is a bad guy. They do whatever they want in Turkey, don't they?

Watched Mulholland Drive last night. Shouldn't have watched it alone in the dark.
