It was pretty gratifying...nothing better than confounding a bunch of hillbillies

Kate, I love this. Great idea. I recently bought the Before Today LP and I play it in my dorm room often. I tell everyone I can about him and attempt to get my roommate into him (it's a slow process). I'll pm you my address because a college campus is obviously a perfect place to promote bands and such. The world needs Ariel!

so I have a real life button success story to share with y'all!

I was out in Portland, Oregon over Thanksgiving and of course I was diligently distrubiting APHG buttons, so I gave a few to the guy that worked at the 7-11 by my sister's house. She went in there other day and he was actaully WEARING the ARIEL button!!! this made me really happy....for all of my efforts I get very little info back to let me know if it's actually doing Ariel any good!

Hopefully it's a busy 7-11!!

Ohio is really getting into Ariel! this is great!! I mailed some packages out to your Strongsville buddies over the weekend too! you will probably need some more soon it sounds like - I will be back to making/mailing them out probably in February.....

so I got in a button making mood and mailed out some packages this weekend - I just picked names off the list...BUT - exciting things are coming soon! I ordered the supplies to start making bobby pins, bracelets and key chains... some of you already have the key chains, but I did order more supplies...so if you get a package.....just keep on getting rid of them please.... every day I meet people that have never heard of Ariel, so that is where my motivation comes from.......

speaking of key chains....has anybody ever tried to imagine Ariel carrying around a set of keys? this made me laugh for like a week solid...... here's more - ariel doing his taxes, ariel at the gym, ariel going grocery shopping...

I feel like he's just too special for mundane tasks.....know what I mean?


bobby pins - are there ANY other females on here? or males that would wear bobby pins? or males with girlfriends that would? just curious...that only dawned on me after I ordered them...

I'm pretty sure Ariel would wear a bobby pin in his hair.
