Maus Space

I've continually had a liking for the mystical, but it wasn't until I matured a little iota that I discovered John Maus!

I was about to start a new thread to praise this old video of 22 Eyes from the Flashback pitchfork promo, but then i remembered this thread!

Dispite it being one of my favorite songs, i really love this video. everyone's dressed so appropriately for a VHS camcorder and the despondent onlookers crack me up. http://youtu.be/xUpH2foXEzQ

Flashback was also pretty good on the video... i'd kinda forgotten about that song. it's way better watching them play it and listening to ariel squeak and whistle through a headset

i've never seen that video before...

that just reaffirmed my love for 22 eyes.

oh yeah, express, confess, coverup is so sexy

i really like the incorporation of the "clicking" sound produced when you strike your tongue against the roof of your mouth, which is what i think i hear in his cover of 'birds in my tree', but other than that FACTS OF DESTINY. has anyone heard the original centimeters version? i could never track it down. i like the his cover of moya better than southern death cult, too.
