Maus Space

I've continually had a liking for the mystical, but it wasn't until I matured a little iota that I discovered John Maus!

Hi gois.
Do you know the names of the musicians playing with AP in the Dedicated to Bobby James Tour?

When I had a chat to him he said something along the lines of "no more Tim Koh on bass its now Kenny Gilmore on bass, Don Bolles on drums, Jason Cheng on guitar, Joe Kennedy on guitar, keyboards, and a guy named Henry (who recorded drums on the album but I think plays various things live). And Charles his girlfriend that sings on Kitchen Witch/Feels Like Heaven will perform in some US gigs."

I was unfamiliar with Charles before the show in Atlanta last week, but she really added a lot to the show. Her voice and presence were really electrifying. She and Ariel made a great front line together. I get the feeling she takes some of the pressure off of him as a front man, with her dynamic presence. I’m a fan.

I think she has her own stuff too, but I don't know what name it's under.

Charles at Bandcamp
Since I read on this board that she did the backing vox for "Kitchen Witch," I went and listened to all her stuff. I want a seven inch of "I Know You Love Me But Do You Think of Me Romantically," which I've played over and over — even after stories about the first show on the tour kinda put a damper on it. I'm glad she's, er, been given more space on more recent shows based on the above.

I was wondering who the jester guy with the tambourine is, but I don't know if he's been at all the shows? I saw the Minneapolis show, where I did not see Charles.

Here's what I've noticed from seeing live clips and all:

Kenny Gilmore - Bass
Don Bolles - Vocals, 'Hypeman'
Jason Cheng - Guitar
Joe Kennedy - Guitar, Keyboards
Henry -Drums
Charles - Backing vocals (sometimes)
