Maus Space

I've continually had a liking for the mystical, but it wasn't until I matured a little iota that I discovered John Maus!

I'm hoping to meet R. Stevie this weekend. The Lemon Twigs are playing and he's driving down to see them, and possibly join them onstage for "I've Begun to Fall in Love". So I'll be there too and I hope I'm in a social mood so I don't second guess my way out of talking to him.
So I did meet him last night. Cool guy. He remembered me from various correspondences over the years. And he did join the Twigs onstage too. Amazing concert all around. Even the opening band was great (Savoy Motel). :dabbadeedabbadoo:

That's good to know! I've been going back and forth about whether to buy that or not, since I already have all the songs elsewhere.

“Cool Daddio”, the long-awaited RSM documentary film is finally coming out! Been several years in the works. Great news!

Totally agree on Shoo-be-doo-be and the For Once in My Life album in general Dan, classic stuff.I might be totally wrong, but a singer/musician once told me that quite a few Stevie are hard to sing even though he always made it sounds easy. He used Shoo-be-doo-be as an example.Phil - might be a roundabout way in, but if you can find the Classic Albums episode on Songs In the Key of Life thats worth checking. Weirdly, sometimes a doc about certain music or an artists has done that for me.
