Maus Space

I've continually had a liking for the mystical, but it wasn't until I matured a little iota that I discovered John Maus!

While I am trying to get myself together in music PR, I'm interested in what music blogs everyone here reads and follows so I can see what's out there and build up a nice database. Ready, go.

Hey hey -

This is a good resource for OTHER resources & could help sift through the trash and discover the Technicolor: https://styleofsound.com/music-insights/

Bradford Cox's blog (http://deerhuntertheband.blogspot.com/?m=1) is great for the Micromixes he makes with a little help from his friends. I've found some great stuff on them. Just search for "Micromix" & they will come up. He's got great, VERY eclectic taste & his Micromixes are full of goodies that you're not likely to find elsewhere - they're presumably modeled after the Mississippi Records mixes and are evocative of mixtapes (one loooooong track of warm analogue cuts to get lost in).

Enjoy! Respectfully,
/fx/
