Maus Space

I've continually had a liking for the mystical, but it wasn't until I matured a little iota that I discovered John Maus!

So, what do you guys think about Connan Mockasin, Barb, Conan and the mockasins, Grampa Moff, and the other such Connan hosford related musical Projects? I know there was a thread on this a while back, but I'd like to revive that discussion, and maybe go a bit more in depth. [ img ]

I discovered Connan Mockasin on this forum a couple of years ago. I love both of the albums he's put out as Connan Mockasin, I'm not familiar with anything else though. I like the hazy, dreamy vibe he gives to his recordings. Everything's just a little out of focus, which makes me hear it in interesting ways that go beyond the notes. Kind of the same thing that first attracted me to Ariel Pink.

If You're Into Bluesy rock type stuff, I have His band's second album https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/fold ... 2hraWtqc2s

Also, I've got the same band doing an awesome cover of Ashes to Ashes by Bowie https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5b2ru ... sp=sharing
