Maus Space

I've continually had a liking for the mystical, but it wasn't until I matured a little iota that I discovered John Maus!

has anyone else wondered what John's Myers-Briggs type is? If I had to guess I'd say he's probably one of the four 'idealist' types: INFP, ENFP, INFJ, or ENFJ

I've been obsessed with knowing everyone's type for like 4 years now. I keep a running tab of all of my friend's types on my ipod touch. I used to be an INTJ, but I recently discovered that I've become mostly an INFP, w some minor TJ/FJ traits.

what R u guys' types?? IM OBSESSED!

the first time that I ever took the test it was way off, but then I tried it again and was really creeped out by how accurately my characteristics had been described

even though it's called 'celebrity types' I've found this website to be the most accurate, it's one of the few that use statistics, surprisingly. http://www.celebritytypes.com/test.php
and it's also the only site that has specific tests to figure out which of two similar types you are, like INFP vs INFJ. -that's how I realized I wasn't an INTJ anymore

INFPs often drift into deep thought, enjoying contemplating the hypothetical and the philosophical more than any other personality type. Left unchecked, the INFP may start to lose touch, ending up in "hermit mode", and it can take a great deal of energy from their friends or partner to bring them back to the real world.

But at their best, these qualities enable the INFP type to communicate deeply with others, easily speaking in metaphors and parables, and understanding and creating symbols to share their ideas.
That sounds like how I imagine JM is.

Who wouldn't love to have us in charge(*jk) of united earth??

After all, (INFPs) "They are highly compassionate and empathetic to the needs of others, seeking to bring peace, health, and integrity to their companions and to society at large. They want to heal the problems that trouble individuals and correct the conflicts that divide social groups."

p.s. I found a page that gives a Myers-Briggs breakdown of Star Trek characters: http://www.wischik.com/damon/Texts/myersbriggstrek.html

yah fieldmaus, I heard we INFPs are the best ! No wonder I do what I do for my work ! A thankless (and I mean thankless) job that caters to the safety of children/youth :( yes, I'm INFP all the way!
I never thought about it too much until I read this thread, so it makes me feel good for some reason
united ! 8D

I have a theory that music collectors are Introverts almost by definition. I may expound on this if I can find some more coffee.

I believe I'm an INTJ, IIRC. But I used to be an INTP. The P to J transition probably represents my growing cynicism with age.

I remember being in a room full of people taking one of these online tests on their smartphones and almost everyone got the same type, I think INFP.
