Saw Ariel last night, supported by Geneva Jacuzzi. thought the show was going to be amazing but unfortunately it was anything but. Terrible sound in the venue, too many songs from before today, and Ariel just started to mess about, shades away was really really bad. I've caught Ariel a few times now and this was by far the worst show.:-(

Hey I saw ariel pink two times this month, the first time at FIELD DAY FESTIVAL and I was just like you, very disappointed by their set... it was the first time for me with APHG so I was very very sad to hear the whole Before Today album...
He was playing a show in shacklewell arms (cool pub in east london) the same day and the show was just AWESOME !
I don't remember exactly their set but they just played 2 songs from before today so the others songs was RAD, all the more london ecstazy is the best you can taste + ariel pink = MAGIC SHOW, I was almost crying.
The bad thing was that I had forget my camera... I'll show you some pics of field day when I'll print them.

I would have gone to that but got mixed up and now I have JAMC at the Irving Plaza booked for the same night. Hope you report back on how it went afterwards!
